Hello, my name is May. I am the designer behind Elysian Studio. My daughter is the one who came up with the name. However, there was a time when I used my daughter’s name, Janice, as my design name, which was 'Janice's Scrap'.
I started being a designer in 2009, when my daughter was about one year old. I discovered scrapbooking after searching for something online and accidentally came across scrapbook layouts. They were so beautiful and immediately caught my attention. I wanted to know how they were made, and I was even more surprised when I discovered that everything I was seeing was entirely digital. Fortunately, since I was already using Adobe Photoshop, it wasn’t hard for me to learn.
Since then, I have been passionately involved with digital scrapbooking. However, when my daughter started growing up, I took a break and turned to writing, which is another love of mine, just like scrapbooking. I stopped designing scrapbooks for ten years before returning to it again, this time using the name Elysian Studio. |
