NEW Forum & Gallery at PBP!!

Get comfy & grab some snacks. We have a LOT of exciting news and info for you! Our forum and gallery are back online and BETTER THAN EVER! We've been doing the happy dance ever since we started testing this software, and now we're thrilled to share it with you! Don't let the fact that it looks similar to how it looked last week fool you - it is REALLY DIFFERENT and both the forum and gallery are really easy to use. Because they both use the same software, the forum and gallery work really WELL together without any effort! There are some new features you'll need to get used to. We want to make it as easy as possible for you, so we have some tutorials to walk you through things step by step. (Thanks to Jen Yurko for preparing the tutorials!) Check out our Forum FAQ and our Gallery FAQ forums. If you have any additional questions, just post in the tutorial posts or create a new thread and we'll help you out. As with any update, there were a few casualties. You may come across some missing images in the forum, because the links to the image in the gallery changed. The layouts are still in  the gallery...just not in some forum posts. But, we're not stressing or looking back. Join us as we go forward and enjoy scrapping, posting and uploading layouts to PBP a LOT MORE than in the past! FORUM USERS PLEASE READ We also found that our fun user titles weren't working right in the forum. We found a work-around, but WE NEED YOUR HELP to make it work. So, here's what we need you to do ASAP, so that you can enjoy them, too! Log into your account in the forum Click on Account Details Scroll down to the Custom Title Field and DELETE the number 1 from that field. SAVE That's it. As soon as you do that, you'll find out if you're a GooseBerry, A BiG DiLL or Legend-Berry! :)  Here's a graphic showing you where you'll find it! We apologize for any inconvenience on this, but there is currently no way to batch process users to delete the "1" out of that field for you. ONE MORE THiNG If you have the PBP forum and gallery bookmarked in your browser, please update your bookmarks. The link has changed, and if you use your old bookmarks, you'll get an "OOPS" error...and we don't want that to happen! Here are few of our favorite features in the new forum and gallery: Simple to add images to forum posts in a variety of ways Embed images directly from your PBP gallery right from the menu bar upload directly from your computer use a link from a file sharing site Easy to change your siggy in the forum! Notifications work (as long as you select to receive them) No more disappearing credits in the Gallery!  Just type out your text, crediting the designer & kit/collection & hyperlink to the product in the shop. No excuses for not adding credits in the gallery! :) (see instructions below on how to link your text) Easy to hyperlink text - Highlight your text, click on the chain link in the menu bar and paste the url in the pop up window. This works in both the forum and gallery If you upload a layout to multiple galleries, it ONLY COUNTS AS ONE UPLOAD. Lol, you're welcome! Upload multiple layouts to the gallery at one time, add easily unique title, credits, additional categories/galleries and tags. When you add credits to layout, they will automatically be copied to the same layout in all of the additional categories you select. No more copying & pasting credits! When you comment on a layout in the gallery, that comment shows up on that layout in all additional categories that it was uploaded to. ...and that's just the tip of the iceberg. We hope you'll love this new software as much as we do! Since we updated the forum and gallery, we thought it was a great time to make our challenges even more fun and rewarding. We will now be offering TEN challenges each month. Here's a peek at our fantastic March Mojo Challenges. Our March Bonus Challenge will be posted on March 5...but we gave you a peek at it anyway. Be sure to read the info below the challenge images to see the changes in the rules & prizes. We think you'll approve! We've made PBP's Mojo Challenges even better & more rewarding! The rules are pretty simple: You must use 75% PBP Products for your challenge layouts (a template from another shop counts as 25%). Some challenges will require that you use ONLY what is provided for the challenge. Details will be in each challenge post. Upload your layouts to the PBP Gallery (be sure to click on "additional categories" and select the Monthly Mojo Gallery as one of the galleries it will upload to) Your layout in the gallery MUST INCLUDE CREDITS (the new gallery will make that EASY for you!) Remember, NO LINKS to other sites. Add your layout to the challenge thread so that we can all see the layouts everyone has done. Link your layout in this thread to your gallery layout. Make a post in this month's tracking thread for all of your challenges. Add the gallery link for your layout from this challenge to your tracking post. (Do not post your images in the tracking thread.) That way we'll know what prizes you've earned! Once you post your layout in this thread, you're on your way! Make sure you finish at least NINE of the challenges by the end of the month to earn the highest discounts, the Mojo Perks Mini Bundle & to get entered into the drawing!
